Perfect base for exploring Bologna. Very clean and comfortable, brilliant shower and lovely toiletries. The area was lovely and felt very safe - a lovely spot to explore. The host was fantastic, good, clear communication and very happy to help. A communal kitchen was a great addition too! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay in Bologna.

Both the room and the bathroom were comfortable and very clean. Good mattress and pillows. A Nespresso machine in the room with the variety of capsules to choose and also some teabags. Two bottles of water. We were a bit late beating through traffic on the way from Milano but the hostess Adriana kindly waited for us without any annoyance as we texted her on the delay. Adriana is a very friendly caring lady of a smile and a fount of information on the places to go in Bologna and around the city. The location is less than half an hour by foot from the historic centre or the railway station but one can also use public transportation, of course.

Everything about this hotel was basically perfect, but the cherry on the top was the keeper of the hotel, Francesco, and his kindness, friendliness and helpfulness. He truly elevated our stay from great to amazing, especially with his restaurant recommendations. Extremely clean and tidy all around, rooms looked better in real than in photos (which is quite uncommon), filled to the brim with snacks and other nice attentions, central location (5 minutes away from city center), great view of the city and extremely comfortable beds. Bathroom was very spacious, with all the necessary amenities and some more.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We found the room really comfortable and spacious. The position was good because it was near the bus station. The breakfast was superb also.

The room was very clean and spacious. I really appreciated the fact that the windows were sound proof and isolated all the noice that came from outside. There is an elevator in for the 1 st floor and that was great because we did not have to take anything up the stairs. There is parking available at a parking lot a few blocks away.

Great location, with all major historic sightseeing in walking distance and hip bars and restaurants just around the corner in this cool university location. Very quiet room as it faces a inner courtyard, easy communication with host/facility and wonderful room that was clean and comfortable. 3 flight of stairs, no elevator. Parking was a breeze and we were able to park with no problem earlier then check in and walk around before set time to meet host. Parking attendance were very nice and we felt safe to leave our bags in the car until check in as they are working 07:30- 21. You leave the car key with attendance workers and you pay when picking up car and keys so don't loose the receipt. And you will not need the car during your stay as everything is in close walking distance. 100% recommend when staying in Bologna. Also only 20 min to airport.

The apartment was really perfect -- exactly what we needed. It was VERY comfortable for two people. Maria was WONDERFUL.! While she spoke very little English and we spoke no Italian. We were able to communicate perfectly. She was SO accommodating and provided everything we needed. The location was also great. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see.
