The scenery is very relaxing and the beach is just a few steps away. The location is far away from everything but that's part of why we chose to stay there. It's really peaceful and Blandine's cooking skills are truly next level! You won't stay hungry, trust me :) We hired a driver that was recommended to us and we're very happy with his service too. It's so worth it to go on a day trip and explore nature in East Sumba! The tide was very low during our stay, so unfortunately a snorkeling trip wasn't possible. In the end that didn't bother us because overall the time at Sumba Dream ecoresort was just perfect. Thank you so much, Blandine and Laurent!

The cabins are perfectly equipped and the view is breathtaking. The application is a real plus and being able to have quick answers via instant chat is a game changer. In short words, excellent value for money to stay in Sumba. We could see the sea from our bed. Fantastic !!!!

The owner brought the community together for dinner, gave detailed recommendations, joined me for beach walks and so much more. Anna, the manger made incredible food, sang and was so charismatic. I really couldn’t recommend this place any more. The rooms are fantastic, super cozy bed and incredibly peaceful.
