I definitely recommend Terpsis Estate. The apartment was very clean and contained all necessary things. This is a new building and is maintained to a very high, modern standard. Bed linen and towels were changed regularly by the cleaning lady. Photos posted on the site are consistent with reality. The host Nikos was very kind and helpful, he even offered us a ride to the bus station. He also told us about best places to see in Crete and additionally he gave us information which restaurants have tasty greece food. One of them was a restaurant with a beautiful view at sea. Terpsis Estate is located in a very nice and quiet area. Close to the apartment is a bakery with delicious sandwiches and coffee. The port of Chania was very close, about 15 minutes by walk. Although there is no reception and code entry, we arrived early and had lunch at the below taverna. The staff ladies were soon departing and we enquired about leaving our luggage until check-in at 3:00. Surprisingly, our room was ready, so we were given early access … a delight. The room was well-appointed, very up-to-date and very comfortable.

Beautiful home with a gorgeous view of the mountains, avocado trees and lemon trees. The home is in a remote location and very private, with a wonderful hot tub to enjoy that has Bluetooth. The host was amazing, very helpful and responsive to any inquiry or need. It was extremely easy to check in and find the house with Google coordinates provided. The beds are very comfortable, the house is super clean. We stayed with two kids here and they loved it. It has a bbq, a washer, a drying rack, and everything in between. Highly recommend for a beautiful getaway, in a private modern home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Listing was in a two-story house (2nd story) with separate entrances. Hands-off check in was easy and our request to arrive early worked out too. The house was very cozy, spacious, clean, and had the amenities needed. We were three adults staying in separate rooms, and there was plenty of space. Each room had air conditioning. The view from the balcony was a beautiful Mediterranean coastal view, with the ocean just some 100 meters down the road. Walkable distance to the city (if one fancies an oceanside walk, which we did). Bus stop (with bus 11 connection downtown) was about 200m away. Communication with hosts was easy through the app/by phone. We really enjoyed the stay and felt very welcomed by the owner (who we had a chance to meet in person too🙂). Thank you for the lovely stay!

Loistava sijainti. Sai olla omassa rauhassa. Lähtöpäivänä saatiin pitää huone koko päivän, koska meillä oli iltalento sekä aamupäivän satoi ja ukosti: eli meidän onni ettei uusia asukkaita ollut heti tulossa.

Sijainti on hieman sivussa, korkean kukkulan laella. Rantaan kävellen tulee noin 2km. Ihanan rauhallista ja pelkästään paikallista asutusta. Majoittajat hyvin avuliaita, tarjosivat ruokaa ja pyydettäessä kuskasivat. Ihanan iso oma piha-alue ja tämä yksi syy, miksi valitsimme tämän kohteen.

Very quiet and spacious apartment, it is the upper half of the house with the beautiful view and surrounded with many orange trees. There are some good local taverns with homemade food which were very cheap.
